It usually takes at least 7 or 8 steps to build an unparalleled user experience but here are 5 to start with. And they are good, don’t mistake my sarcasm for dismissiveness. Sometimes it is a good idea to reduce any analysis of user experience principles to the barest minimum in order to strip away the intellectual pabulum that can so often infect the jargon we use to analyze our chosen profession. So the next time someone asks you what it takes to create a truly great user experience for their product, let ‘em know: you can count them off on 1 hand.
