Synopsis: Sometimes it is hard to account for the wide range of user abilities for which we have to account. This disparity in techni…technolo…tenchol…tech-savvitudeness makes our jobs even more important. How can we avoid making our most advanced users feel like they are being treated like children while at the same time not confusing the hell out of the users who may be less *ahem* advanced?
